EME ltd was commissioned to manage the suitability field study and licensing of the “Cavo Sidero” Resort. The resort would include:

Five 5 -star luxury hotels that would operate in parallel and would be able to accommodate for 7.000 guests in total.
Three Golf Courses (one 9-hole and two 18-hole)
A convention center that can host up to 1.190 conveners.
